Any cancelled reservations done less than 2 business days prior to the start of the event will result in your member account being charged in full. Our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-6pm. Requests to sit in a specific area within the Club cannot be guaranteed. Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any last-minute decreases or increases in your headcount. If you can have your final headcount in a week prior to each event, that would be greatly appreciated. Any changes made within 48 hours from the event start are not guaranteed to be honored.
